AES Default Department representatives assist defaulted student loan borrowers with available repayment options and programs to remove their account's defaulted status, such as the Default Loan Rehabilitation Program. Inquiries regarding the credit reporting of defaulted loans, financial aid eligibility for defaulted borrowers, and wage garnishment should be directed to this department.
